Tari (Meta Runner)

Tari is girl who suddenly woke up in a lab without any memories, but she decides to
help her newly found friends with their mission. Use her neutral special, Game Enhancement, to take advantage of certain situations, but careful though. Gaining certain buffs will lead to certain nerfs.

Forward Special: Crescent Pineapple - Tari will bring out her pineapple staff and swing it forward.

Up Special: Wind Flight - Tari will use her flight spell to fly up high.

Down Special: Shadow Hand Shield - Tari will summon her shadow hand to protect her from any incoming projectiles.
