Halmerk
Halmerk is a villain who has won multiple battles across the multiverse. No one knows how he grew so powerful, but some may think it has something to do with the cosmic being known as Chaos. He is also REALLY sassy, but formal.
Neutral Special: Nefarious Nova - Halmerk will charge a dark energy ball, but don't get too close to it, or you'll end up trapped in there.
Special Attacks

Forward Special: Knife Roulette - If you get hit by Halmerk's dark energy zap, chances are, knifes will be sent flying on you!
Up Special: Void of Chaos - Halmerk can teleport and deal damage with his dark magic at the same time.

Down Special: Holy Barrier - Halmerk will surround himself with magic that'll reflect projectiles and deal a small amount of damage to you.
