Skarpantre returns to the series, and this time, he's upgraded his gun to launch different types of attacks.

Special Attacks

Neutral Special: Target Acquired - Skar will shoot a laser that can bend depending on the charge of the pistol.

Forward Special: Laser Cannon - Skar will get up close and shoot a giant laser in you face.

Up Special: Shocking Teleport - Skar can disappear like Maaz, but brings the shock when he reappears.

Down Special: Reflector - Skar will surround himself with an electrical barrier.
