Chester is the fratboy otter who is like no other. He may be glass cannon, but he has one move that'll devastate his opponents: oatmilk.

Neutral Special: Sending Love - Chester can throw his love in any direction. Don't worry. It'll find its way to your heart. Wink wink.

Forward Special: Otter Dash - Chester will get into position and charge himself towards you for a hug tackle.

Up Special: Maid's Wand - Chester will transform into a maid and then clean you up using his feather duster.

Down Special: Oatmilk - Chester will drink his oatmilk so proudly that it'll make his foes skyrocket if they go near him.
